Angela is a certified professional coach as well as a certified Deeper Dating Mentor and coaches people of genders and orientations on love and purpose. She mentors and coaches with a blend of various practices and modalities: Reparenting/ Inner Bonding, Trauma-Informed Coaching, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, Trauma Releasing Exercises, Energy Leadership and Archetypal Work.

Angela didn't plan on becoming a life and love coach or specializing in relationships, attachment, codependence and trauma-informed neuroscience. In fact, started off acting as a young kid in theater and filming herself as different characters, but when her dad told her to "get a real job" she joined the Army as a Korean Linguist and became a non-commissioned officer, winning awards for her language skills and her service landing her an assignment at the NSA as a Korean Language Instructor. The next logical move was to pursue international business and work for the Office of Naval Intelligence as a Program Manager traveling the world and teaching people how to use web-based programs. She eloped at twenty in Las Vegas and eventually learned that what is created out of alignment with our true selves will eventually fall apart.

That marriage ended after ten years and she not walked away from her professional career to go back to acting and comedy, she began to study relationships and spirituality. Angela wrote blogs, did standup comedy, studied acting at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts and the improv and sketch at Upright Citizens Brigade. That was the plan...but life happened.

After a spontaneously partially detached retina in her left eye threatened her sight and causing her to have emergency surgery she started waking up to things she'd been sleepwalking through. This led her to the discovery of the origin of her painful relationship patterns. From there she began studying everything to do with codependence, love addiction, abuse, trauma, emotional energy...and that's the short list.

She's had the privilege of studying with some incredible teachers in the trauma and personal development field: Mastin Kipp —Trauma & Power , Ken Page — Deeper Dating, Dr. Margaret Paul — Inner Bonding, Derek Rydall — Universal Laws, Baeth Davis — Scientific Hand Analysis and Human Design, Leigha Lake — Feminine Energy and Manifesting, Mark Schall — The Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, among many others.

In her spare time, she blogs for Elephant Journal, creates content for Instagram and Facebook educating her audience about love addiction, attachment, abuse and trauma and loves to play any way she can: rollercoasters, dancing with the Daybreaker community, playing piano, reading anything funny or deep, writing and filming sketches, watching comedy and traveling.
